Dr. Levinsky has extensive experience in the fields of cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, and clinical research. He is the former Deputy Head of the Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery Department at the Beilinson Hospital Medical Center in Israel. In the US, he served as Chief of Surgery and Chief of Cardiothoracic Surgery at the Buffalo VA Medical Center. He also served as Medical Director of the Cardiac Device Management Department at Buffalo General Hospital. Today, he is our Medical Director here at Sterling Heart Care.

He strongly believes that noninvasive treatments like ECP Therapy and Cardiac Rehabilitation are major parts of cardiac care. Dr. Levinsky has no doubt that there are many patients who would be eternally grateful to their doctor for referring them to Sterling Heart Care.

Our ECP Therapists here at Sterling Heart Care work with Dr. Levinsky to provide our patients with safe and therapeutic ECP treatments. They have extensive experience working in cardiology and have been fully trained to perform ECP Therapy.

One of our professionals is a former manager of Lockport Memorial’s Cardiac Rehab program. Our other professional worked as a Vascular Sonographer and was an integral part of developing and managing vascular ultrasound laboratories at clinics throughout the Buffalo area. Both of our professionals have demonstrated not only their capability, but also their dedication in helping people just like you.
